Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If the product is not defective or you do not pick up your package from the post office or delivery service provider or you have changed your mind and no longer want your order, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Upon receipt of the package if it is in good condition, unopened and unused, then a refund will be issued less the carrier's actual delivery costs.

If the product is defective or has been damaged during transport, immediately send us photos and/or videos of the problem noted upon receipt of your package.

The anomaly must be reported to us upon receipt, and at the latest within 24 hours of receiving the package if there was a problem due to shipping. Otherwise, the salon may refuse to address shipping issues.

Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. Perishable goods such as dyes, special blends and preparations, newspapers or magazines, and downloadable products, such as favorites, are not eligible for return. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, makeup, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software or documents
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Products showing obvious signs of use
* Products that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after its delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days. A shipping fee may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at info@rmcoiffure.com and send your item to: 925 rue Bégin, Chicoutimi, QC, G7H 4P1, Canada.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Salon RM Coiffure, 925 rue Bégin, Chicoutimi, QC, G7H 4P1, Canada.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
