Shipping Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders are subject to stock availability. If the stock of an item is exhausted at the time you place your order, you will be informed and you can choose to wait or to be refunded.

2. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated when paying for your order. Your products will leave from the show in Chicoutimi.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Express delivery is normally 24-36 hours with Purolator. The delivery time may however vary from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the region of delivery, the availability of the product, the acceptance and approval of your order.

When paying, you have the choice of the carrier and the price to pay for the delivery. The price is automatically calculated by the carriers. If you are eligible for free delivery, the choice of carrier will be made by our company and will depend on the delivery address.

Delivery is from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are only estimates and are calculated from the date of the order. They should only serve as an indication and are subject to the acceptance, approval and payment of your order by our services.

4. FREE LOUNGE PICKUP

We offer you the possibility of picking up your order at the salon directly at no cost. Call or order online and your order will be ready within 2 hours.
